Shipping

We ship all of our products with a guaranteed safe arrival. All U.S. shipping is free unless otherwise specified. Request rates for foreign shipping.

Although very rare a specimen may be damaged in transit. If a specimen is somehow damaged we ask that you:

A. Save all original packing and boxes.

B. Return the damaged item and packing to the Post Office for them to see if the items were adequately protected and if the package shows signs of abuse.

C. You will be forwarded the insurance claim from the US Postal Service. Fill out the areas indicated and sign the form.

D. Take the insurance claim, the damaged items and the original packing to your Post Office.

We will then refund your money and try to recoup our losses through the Shipper.

Returns

When you purchase a specimen from Schwartz Fine Minerals we want you to be a satisfied returning customer. If the piece you order is not right for you, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a return and refund. That said, please ask questions that you may have about a piece before you order to insure you are getting the specimen you want.

If a return becomes necessary:

C. You will be credited within three days of receipt of the intact specimen

** Return shipping must also have tracking number and insurance, and is non-refundable.
